| About HIMM  Horizon International Medical Mission (HIMM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free medical services to needy regions internationally. We are HORIZON because we believe the sky is our limit of growth. We are INTERNATIONAL because we consider the world in our heart and we touch the world with medicine.
Mission Objectives
- To offer free medical assistance particularly to the above-mentioned area.
- Work along side the World Health Organization and other medical groups in combating epidemics in Africa.
- Work along side with churches in fulfillment of our goal to care for the body and soul.
- Setting up local clinics and involving local healthcare workers and the government of the involved country in continuous care of patients and maintenance of the medical facility in the rural African and Caribbean areas.
- Educating patients on preventive medicine
- Working with healthcare institutions in the United States in organizing international medical mission for students.
Membership
Anyone with a mind for medical missions is qualified to be a member of the organization. Those with medical/healthcare services are highly needed
Sources of Finance
- We depend on the donation of the kind people of America.
- We encourage those who are interested in missions to be able to pay for their airfare. Those who cannot go can support others financially, morally and with their prayers.
All immigration procedures, such as obtaining a visa if needed, are taken care of by Horizon International Medical Mission.
